You will provide strategic leadership and expert advice on all aspects of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and Board assurance.
You will act as the Trust’s Board Secretary, ensuring the effective operation of the Board and its Committees, and supporting the Chair, Chief Executive, and Directors in fulfilling their statutory and governance responsibilities.
